As a UK-exclusive dropshipping retailer, we work closely with our supply partners to ensure a smooth return process.
1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
It must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must be in the original packaging (including all internal protective materials for lighting and décor).
You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. The Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
Include photos of the damage and the packaging.
Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
